Our family is originally from Romania, Eastern Europe. I grew up around bees, and I developed a passion for them first as a hobby, after I sold my successful business in Chicago several years ago and moved to NW Indiana on our beautiful property tucked in the woods, on such a wonderful piece of land. I have a background in custom furniture making, so I have my own carpentry shop, and I enjoy making my own boxes and frames, and whatever has to do with wood. I am also an artist, I do oil painting, and I enjoy tremendously the beauty of the bees, the joy of discovery their amazing disciplined lives. I absolutely love my bees, they are amazing creatures!
For NUCs and Hives all orders need to be picked up on location on our property. We are off the road, same driveway as Pine Grove Banquet Hall (Big Sign on Hwy 35). At the spit of the driveway take a right, follow the paved road; you will see first the Warehouse (Pole barn) then the House.
